EA offers a variety of assessments to help employers make hiring and promotion decisions and to provide data to support management and employee development programs and activities.

(Manufacturing Applicant Profile System) is a validated approach for hiring people who work in manufacturing, fulfillment and shipping. The selection system includes assessments that measure important skills, abilities and job-related characteristics and attitudes.
