H1N1 (Swine) Flu Policy Template
EA has developed an Influenza Pandemic Planning Template that available to EA members. The template contains policies and procedures for providing a safe and healthy work environment during a pandemic along with HR policy change considerations. Worksheets and instructions are also provided to assist employers in determining essential services and functions regarding business continuity during a pandemic with an expected workforce absentee rate of 30 percent.
