Upcoming AACC Meeting

EA is pleased to be hosting the next Affirmative Action Compliance Council (AACC) meeting, on Thursday, September 16, 2010. The AACC is a liaison group comprised of federal contractors as well as Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) representatives.  Topics to be discussed at this meeting include: compliance review (i.e., audit) and conciliation agreement trends both of which are particularly relevant in light of the OFCCP's present enforcement agenda, which includes: stepped up enforcement efforts, increased compliance evaluations, and a new standard onsite component to compliance reviews.
