TRAINING AT YOUR FACILITYA common question we receive from EA members is: "What are the benefits of conducting on-site training versus sending employees to open enrollment classes?" Benefits of on-site training: Employers who choose to have EA instructors teach classes on-site typically benefit from not having to reimburse employees for travel or pay them for commuting time. In addition, during on-sites, course content can be tailored to the employer's specific needs. Benefits of open enrollment training: Attendees benefit from hearing about other students' experiences from different workplace environments. Participants often feel fmore free to discuss and problem solve their job challenges during open enrollment classes. If you think that on-site training is right for your organization, all of the programs listed below and more can be delivered at the location of your choice. Contact Donna Jarvi at 763-253-9169 or donnaj@employersinc.com for referral to a training consultant, who can assess your training needs.
