POLICY AND BENEFIT SURVEYS

EA cosponsors a biennial Policies and Benefits Survey with 16 other EAG organizations around the nation. Included in the 2009/2010 edition are responses to 401 questions from 2,427 organizations. Responses are displayed by employment size of the organization and by employee group. A Minnesota report filters the overall survey to include exclusive data from 344 Minnesota organizations.

General topics in the survey are:

Health and welfare
Retirement
Paid-time-off
Part-time employee benefits
Pay practices
Working conditions (dress code, work hours, attendance, internet (etc.)
Recruitment, training and development
Employee/Community relations
Other benefits

EA also conducts policy and benefits surveys as privately sponsored surveys for industry groups or special markets by request.
