Program Content

Individuals who attend this class learn a �how to� process for solving compelling problems at work. This �hands on� course invites students to bring a problem(s) they are grappling with and creatively arrive at a solution(s) that meets their objectives. Participants will learn how to:

Listen for facts and not opinions

Defer judgment

Brainstorm for solutions

Evaluate solutions

Conjure up plans of implementation

Successfully communicate the benefits of solutions

Note: Previous completion of Supervision I: Fundamentals of Leadership is recommended before attending Supervision II: Improving Performance.

Any supervisor, manager or key employee who works in an office or production environment.

EA�s Supervision II class will give your personnel the knowledge, skills and abilities they need to improve performance in areas of quality, quantity and timeliness of the employees, product or service offered by your organization. Our class provides students with a proven process they can use to tackle virtually any problem they encounter.
