Safety for the HR Professional

NEW RESTRUCTURED COURSE! This 8-hour course is designed for HR professionals who have been delegated full or part-time responsibility for their company’s safety program. Safety culture, responsibilities and safety management will be the theme of the course. An overview of Federal and Minnesota OSHA regulations and requirements pertinent to most Minnesota businesses, methods of compliance, and industry trends will be reviewed. Class sessions include lecture, group exercises, and open discussion. Reference materials and lunch are provided.
