Completing the I-9: The Basics

Completing a Form I-9 for every new employee is a requirement for all U.S. employers. Incorrectly completing this form can result in fines and penalties. So that employers can be sure they are correctly completing the Form I-9 document, EA has developed a short training session on this important task.

This course includes an explanation of the changes made to the employment verification process and the Form I-9 in recent legislation that became effective February 2, 2009.
