In today’s labor market, an organization’s compensation package can be a strategic tool in its overall competitiveness. Understanding and appropriately positioning your organization’s compensation package is a critical element in maintaining a competitive edge.
This six-hour workshop provides HR practitioners with the fundamental principles and skills needed to determine their organization’s competitiveness in the marketplace. The session concentrates on how to select, complete and use surveys, and presents information on how to compile/analyze survey data and use it to achieve external competitiveness and internal equity. The program gives participants the opportunity to get hands-on experience applying some of the methods presented.
