CEO Forum

EA is introducing this new program, the CEO Forum, to enhance executives' skills and help their organization be more successful. We've created the CEO Forum to guide chief executives, presidents and business owners who are navigating through the complex issues facing today's businesses. The CEO Forum consists of confidential small-group meetings where participants share experiences, discuss challenges, and in doing so, expand their leadership abilities.

Each 2-hour session includes:

Opportunities to obtain feedback on ideas, learn from others, and come away with new perspectives
Facilitation by an experienced professional
Assistance in finding practical solutions to tough problems
Ways to increase organizational capacity and alternative business processes that can lead to improved growth and profitability

EA's CEO Forum is open only to CEO's, presidents, and business owners of organizations who are members of EA.

EA will set up Forums so that competitors are not in the same group. Groups will be limited to 9 participants to help ensure every participant will have the opportunity to discuss issues relevant to him/her. Participants will be required to sign an agreement that keeps what is said during a Forum meeting confidential.

EA will host the CEO Forum from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. the first Wednesday of every month starting in January 2010.

Continental breakfast provided.
